Woman: No, this would be my first time.

Woman: I saw the Italian cooking course advertised online. Is that still running?

Woman: That sounds perfect. I'm definitely a beginner.
Receptionist: Great. The beginner course runs on Thursday evenings, starting at half past six.
Woman: Thursday works well for me. How long is each session?
Receptionist: Each class lasts two hours, so it finishes at half past eight. The full course is eight weeks long.
Woman: And what's the cost?
Receptionist: The total fee is one hundred and sixty pounds, which includes all the ingredients. However, there's an additional charge of twelve pounds for an apron and recipe book.
Woman: That's fine. Do I need to bring anything myself?
Receptionist: Not really, but we do recommend you bring a set of containers to take leftovers home. Oh, and please wear comfortable shoes.
Woman: Good to know. Where exactly is the school located?
Receptionist: We're at fourteen Maple Street, just behind the central library.
Woman: Maple Street. Got it. Is there parking available?
Receptionist: There's no car park on site, but there's free parking on Garden Road, which is a two-minute walk away.
Woman: Perfect. One more thing — do you cater for any dietary requirements?
Receptionist: We do. If you have any allergies, just let us know in advance and the chef will adapt the recipes.
Woman: I'm allergic to nuts, so I'll make a note of that.
Receptionist: I'll add that to your file now. To confirm your place, we ask for a deposit of forty pounds, with the balance due on the first evening.
Woman: Can I pay the deposit by card over the phone?
Receptionist: Yes, that's the easiest way. Shall I take the payment now?
Woman: Yes, please. And could you send me a confirmation email?
